- Industrial cleaning of the entire property and all rooms.
- Full electrical upgrade to each room, including new wifi smart meters and fuseboards in every room (162no.)
- Full replacement of the commercial heating system, including 3no. Hoval300kw boilers, 5no. 1500 LTR calorifier tanks on each floor. Replacement BMS system with remote access, New fire detection system with auto shut-off valves.
- Full service to the integral fire monitoring system.
- Full service to the lifts (2no.)
- Strip-out of the entire basement area to allow for a full Delta Tanking membrane system with sump tanks and pumps (3no.) 1000m2
- Re-fit of the basement areas with new internal stud walls and doors, new electrics and full decoration to form a workout studio, kitchen/grocery shop and dining area, commercial laundry room and 2 offices.
