T23 Studios

A lower-ground commercial space set over 5000ft2. The original space needed to be completely stripped back to concrete shell and re-built from scratch. The studios were split into 15 production/recording suites including 2 kitchens, a lounge area, WC and shower facilities, a 700ft2 commercia grade recording studio and on-site storage units.

The studios were designed from the ground up with all the joinery made bespoke on site. Custom acoustic treatment and acoustic doors, HVAC system and 24/7 keyless entry and monitoring.
